The view in the other direction is of a treed area quite close by. Without the portaloos you'd have a great outlook towards the Waitakeres over the fields. It's a lovely walk around there in general, I've done it twice now. Plus there is a big pink pig called Cheery (short for Cheerio).
I want to walk around that and look from the other side.
