But, of course, the only way to do worthwhile stuff is by carefully planning and getting information and support from the right people - then you can end up with something really effective, like the 'It's not OK' campaign. (Or you can do some knee-jerk policy making, and come up with something dickish, costly and unlikely to even be used, like bootcamps.)<br /><br />Sigh.
