Mmmmmmmmm, what flavour are these? I think I under-cooked my cupcakes a bit for the Suffrage Debate, I was worried about them going a bit brown on top, which was silly really because I could have just iced over that.
These are my lemon 'surprise' cupcakes (the surprise being a dollop of cherry jam in the middle).
