The Women's Issue of Salient at Vic this week

There's some fantastic writing by women students at Victoria in Salient this week, in their Women's Issue, as part of their Womensfest. It's raining women!

Here's a rundown for your reading pleasure:

• There are Women Amongst the Dead White Men by Cara Pollock and Anna Friedlander - on women studying the sciences
• Jasmine Freemantle's President's Column focuses on women's issues
• Fiona McNamara has done a Guest Editorial introducing the Women's Issue

• And there's a feature on Reclaim the Night's history in Wellington, which includes a shout-out for those interested in getting it going again at Vic to get in touch with Kassie, the Women's Rights Officer, by emailing wro at vuwsa dot org dot nz.
