Lack of empathy: good summation of Paul Henry's approach

    Hmm. Lack of empathy? More like a surfeit of arrogance and disrespect, I'm thinking.

    @ Country Lane;
    I tend to think that arrogance and disrespect result from of a fundamental lack of empathy. If you have the capacity for empathy, respect for others grows pretty naturally!
