Not just stinky boys, giggly girls too.

I'm content with biology as the underlying reason. The amount of testosterone supplied by the mother when various centres of the brain are developing mean that, thank God, we are all unique thinkers. We could both probably come up with long lists of things or systems invented by women. Maybe the majority of male brains are more comfortable with machines because, unlike people, they are predictable and practical. If women are generally better equipped to cope with the unpredictable then it would explain their greater ability to multitask and interact with children. Not the sort of skills that would be regarded as a weakness except by those who lack them.
