From the Ezibuy Xmas catalogue this year. Usually I get a lot of my Chrissie presents from them, but this year I'm thinking probably not. I'd feel pretty uncomfortable working in an office with a guy who had this on his desk...
I think so, Brett - anything which make people feel uncomfortable in the workplace isn't really appropriate. Having said that, I had a workmate who liked having pictures of women in bikinis around the workplace. When he was challenged, he said that the pictures weren't demeaning to women - some of them also featured men in togs. So sometimes the effect of the image or whatever in question has to do with who owns it and the way they look at it!
I just want to say that pole dancing is not necessarily an activity entirely associated with stripping. Many women, and some men do it as a purely fitness-oriented activity.
Yeah, I know pole-dancers (and strippers) who'd find that really offensive. Look at the size of her eyes - it's a parody of 'stripper as complete bimbo'. Yick.

Wow, that's one classy gift...
That's like something Al Bundy would own.
Ive worked in many offices in my day, and have thankfully never came across anyone stupid enough to take something like that to work.
Someone once bought in an Elle McPherson calender, but was ask to take it down, although the Chip N Dales calender was allowed to stay up.
Reverse, Sexism?

That's just disturbing! The even more disturbing thing is that someone actually thought it would make a good present.

You're right, Hugh, but I doubt anyone who took this to work would be doing it in the spirit of physical fitness...
