The Cake that taste forgot...


I'm always in two minds about fondant. It sure does make cakes look pretty and is relatively easy to work with. But there is just one small problem, fondant isn't as tasty as it is beautiful. Let's face it people, fondant has the texture and taste of plastic. So how do you get around such a culinary conundrum? By having some scrumdidlyumcious red velvet cake hiding underneath your pretty fondant.
