clayton weatherston found guilty of murder

I sobbed with relief. That trial has been so upsetting to me, and I was just terrified of the precedent it would set if they'd found him guilty of manslaughter in that situation.

Alison, I'm so glad you said that. I felt like crying too when I read about the guilty verdict, and thought I must be a bit strange.

I also can't quite articulate what I found so repulsive in his "poor me, I was the victim of emotional abuse" line, but I think the "Whimpster" link that Ana Samways had on her Spare Room blog provided a good start.
