Countries have their own international calling codes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_country_calling_codes).

Canada doesn't. Ergo ...

No doubt they would Hugh. I'm not sure that the scientists measuring the fish stocks of the world should be determining that for us however.

Ah, I -did- wonder what this was in reference to.

I'm not entirely sure allocation by country is that good a system, though.
