Women and girls not getting more violent

Very interesting interview on Afternoons today, along these lines:
A professor of women's studies at the University of Hawaii says the media narrative of increasing female violence is wrong. The facts and research suggest otherwise. We'll talk about the "Mean Girl Myth".
I didn't catch the professor's name unfortunately and missed the start of the interview, but you can hear the whole thing online and I guarantee it's worth a listen.

Thanks Carol, that's awesome. I was kicking myself for not getting her name.

An excellent piece. I'm so glad someone in the media took the time to deconstruct those sensationalistic headlines. That's exactly how I was feeling "Why is it it normative when boys do it, and it never gets reported?"

I'm sure we could ALL come up with a fight story from college, I sure can.
