In which my cake geekery reaches new levels...
For the past few weeks I've been doing cake decorating classes and finally got around to doing my 'graduation' aka 'let's put everything you know about cake decorating on the same cake' cake.

Tui - at Millys Kitchen which is in Auckland. You could try checking out the community classes at the local high schools as there are bound to be some there as well!

Some time ago a colleague and friend told a group of work friends that she'd just started a night class in (we all heard) "cat degrading". In our household the term stuck :)
